Game jam(게임 잼) - 비디오 게임 개발 경연 대회
게임 개발자들이 개인 또는 팀으로 참가하여 정해진 기간(일반적으로 24시간-72시간)동안 비디오 게임을 개발하는 대회 및 이벤트이다. 프로그래머, 디자이너, 작가, 기타등의 참가자들은 소그룹을 결성하여 아이디어를 구상하고 새롭고 창의적 게임 및 실험적인 게임 프로토타입을 제작한다.
